We are Helen Dale and Melanie Younis.

Together, we have over 20 years experience in children’s law, with a specific focus on child protection proceedings in the Children’s Court. We are dedicated to the representation of children, parents, foster carers and other relatives in child protection proceedings in the Children’s Court.

Our practice experience also includes representation for intervention order matters and Youth Crime.

We acknowledge and respect the traditional custodians on whose lands we are fortunate to live and work, and we pay our respects to all Elders past and present.
